At this point in time, it was suggested by both Shaowen and Xing that I develop my design further, focusing on re-developing the plan in order to create a more vibrant shelter with more of an 'experience'. It was thought that my current design is too block like, therefore by exaggerating certain aspects of the design such as the inverted roof, long dark hallway and the placement of the 2 central rooms a more complex space will be created.
I established this by elongating the plan to accentuate the experience of moving toward a contemplative space, where light enters through various openings so as to add depth and interest to the space where inner reflection and comfort is moved toward.
